What Is Krill Oil?

Krill Oil is extracted from small shrimp-like crustaceans found in the Antartic Ocean. Krill is one of the best sources of Omega-3 fatty acids. It is rich in the phospholipids EPA & DHA, and provides clinically proven superior bio-efficiency compared to other marine oils. Phospholipid-bound Omega-3 fatty acids are water dispersible, making them gentle on the stomach and more readily absorbed by the body. Krill-Xanthin contains a potent antioxidant known as astaxanthin, a fat-soluble carotenoid responsible for the characteristic red colour of krill oil. It is able to scavenge free radicals and give the cells a total protection. Krill Oil does not have a fishy aftertaste that is most common in most fish oil products. It is proven to have twice better compared to fish oil.

Krill xanthin health benefits are scientifically studied. It was proven to reduce total cholesterol, LDL and increase HDL level.
